1. How do I make a purchase at J & V Boutique?

We hope that you find shopping at J & V Boutique an enjoyable process. You can search our products using the department names on the top of the screen. Select which departments you wish to browse and then which categories or products. 

Once you have found an item, you can click on 'Quick View' to see the main information of product, select the quantity and materials or other rates, if applicable, and then click on ‘Add to cart'. Click on the 'View you Cart' the products selected. Items can be removed from the basket by clicking 'Remove' below the item, or quantities can be changed by correcting the quantity, it will automatically counted the total price.

To continue shopping just click on ‘Continue Shopping’ or click on ‘Checkout’ or 'checkout with' PayPal button to proceed with your order.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you have to register online in our shop, clicking 'Login/Sign Up' button. You need to type your email address and password twice and click 'Go'. If you're already a user, click 'log in' below the form and write your email and password. Also you can log in to our shop through your Facebook Page on right side. 

3. I’ve forgotten my password for my J & V Boutique account, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, just click on ‘forgot password?’ on the log-in screen and follow the instructions. Usually you need to type your email address to receive a link for a new password.

4. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless red ‘out of stock’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If you see that the product, which you want to purchase is out of stock, you can contact us by email, to find out alternatives options for you. 

5. Can you ship your products anywhere?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world, except the United States. Also you can see our prices for delivery in other countries in the next questions.

6. How much does delivery cost?

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail UK with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Unfortunately, we do not send to the United States.

Our goods are well-packaged and sized and your items are well-protected.

7. What payment cards are accepted on the J & V Boutique Shop?

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, VISA and Maestro. Also we accept PayPal. You will PayPal button on 'Checkout' page.

8. Can you deliver to an address that is different to my billing address?

Sure, when you get to the checkout you are able to input a different delivery address. 

9. How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended or cancelled online. Please email to us or calling at +447835539445 or +447743301209 immediately. If your order has been sent through the post office, after receiving you need to follow our returns and refunds instructions.

10. Is the ordering process secure? How safe is my personal information?

Our website has a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process by Wix's constructor. Also J & V Boutique has PCI DSS using by WorldPay, for safety and security your bank account information.

11. How do I return items and get a refund?

You need to email us at, letting us know that you will be returning an item. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Then, deliver the product with your receipt to 69A Galt Road, Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland, EH21 8DL. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order.

The product you wish to return must in reasonable condition and we will consider the overall due care of the product being returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach your account as soon as possible. Timing will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company processes the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 12. Does your site install cookies?

Yes, we do install small packets of information on your computer temporarily. In order to use our online store, you have to enabled cookies at all times.

13. Can I sing up/unsubscribe to emails?

You need to write only your email to subscribe to our newsletters in 'Home' page below. If you'd like to be removed from our emails list, simply click 'unsubscribe' in your email.
